Artificial Intelligence Use Policy

1. PURPOSE
   
   This policy provides guidelines for the use of our artificial intelligence (AI) products, with a specific focus on data privacy and the usage of client data. It aligns with our Privacy Policy and is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and respect for the rights of our customers.

2. SCOPE
   
   This policy applies to all customers who use our AI product, and third parties who interact with our AI product or who handle client data on behalf of our organization.

3. POLICY
   
   3.1. Data Collection and Usage
   In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we collect and process your data only where we have a legitimate basis to do so, such as for the performance of an agreement we have entered into with you, for our legitimate interests, for compliance with a legal obligation, or with your consent.
   
   Any Customer Data used for AI or machine learning purposes is processed in an anonymized and aggregated manner, solely to improve our Product and/or Service to the Customer, unless otherwise expressly consented to by the Customer (including but not limited to in-app consent).
   
   3.2. Data Privacy
   We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. We do not share your data with any third parties without consent, and we implement measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction.
   
   3.3. Transparency
   We commit to being transparent about how our AI product uses your data. If you request information
   about how your data is being used, we will provide that information in a clear, understandable format.
   
   3.4. Fair Use
   Customers are encouraged to use our AI technologies in a manner that is respectful, ethical, and legal. Any attempts to manipulate, misuse, or exploit our AI technologies for unethical or illegal purposes, including but not limited to, data breaches, privacy violations, or spreading misinformation, will result in
   immediate termination of service and may be subject to legal action.
   
   3.5. Key Use Restrictions
   This section summarizes important restrictions and responsibilities related to the use of our AI Products. For the full and legally binding terms, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
   
   When using Lighthouse AI Products, Customers must:
   - Comply with all applicable laws and the full Terms and Conditions;
   - Not use AI Output to develop products or models that compete with Lighthouse;
   - Not use automated or programmatic methods (such as bots, scraping, or web harvesting) to
   extract AI Output;
   - Not input personally identifiable information (PII) into AI Products;
   - Not misrepresent AI Output as having been generated by a human;
   - Evaluate the accuracy and appropriateness of AI Output for their specific use case, including
   through human review where necessary.

   
   3.6. AI Hallucinations Awareness
   Customers should be aware that while our AI technologies are designed to provide highly accurate outputs based on numerical data, there may be instances where the AI produces results that deviate from expected patterns or interpretations. This phenomenon, known as "AI hallucination," is a result of the inherent complexities of AI technology and does not necessarily reflect a malfunction or error.
   
   While these instances are rare and we strive to minimize them, customers should be aware of their possibility. If a result seems significantly inconsistent or unexpected, we encourage customers to contact our support team for clarification or further assistance.
   
   We also highly appreciate it when customers report any instances of perceived AI hallucinations they encounter while using our services. This enables us to continuously monitor, learn from, and improve our AI systems, and ensure the highest possible level of accuracy and reliability.

4. REVIEW
   
   This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. The review will
   consider changes in technology, legal requirements, and societal expectations.

5. POLICY UPDATES
   
   Any changes to this policy will be updated on the Lighthouse website. It is the responsibility of these
   individuals to stay informed about the current policy.

6. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER POLICIES
   
   This AI policy complements but does not supersede our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
   This AI Policy should be considered alongside them when using our services.
